CfgStore - Commerce management software


CfgStore is a modern Microsoft technologies-based web-application for sales purchase and inventory management extended with financial functions and analytical tools; mainly for small and mid-sized companies.

Functions.

  1. Localization. Multilanguage display. The system is accessible currently in English and Hungarian languages. Further localizations can be created easily without programming knowledges – by the users too. The localization files are Microsoft Excel based.
  2. Globalization. Multiple own company and site management – optionally, for enterprises and holdings.
  3. CRM functions.
    Clients (companies and private persons, customers and vendors) plus contacts management.
    Client categories by customer and vendor, language and payment method adjustment possibilities.
    Client duplication verification, VIES verification, CDV verification, active and inactive clients.
  4. Products and services.
    Product, product base category and product category management.
    Unit of measures and base unit of measure configuration possibilities.
    Product photos and specifications, descriptions. Specification editor and user-defined HTML templates.
    Product properties: barcodes, net and gross weights, volumes, duty, etc. User-definable properties.
    Product based real-time inventory information.
    Optional shipping required and inventory management configuration possibilities for handling services.

  8. Foreign trade. Multiple currencies and daily exchange rates, automatic currency exchange rate updater service. Own currency handling on company level, currency dependent clients, sales and purchase quotes, orders. Automatic LCY calculations.
  9. Document management. Quotes, orders, invoices, proof of performances, specifications, etc. documents, files can be uploaded into the system related to companies, users, clients, products, stores, quotes and orders.
  10. Display. The application is currently available with „Metro” inbuilt theme. Theme editor application is also available for creating individual themes.
  11. Permission management. Role orientated, company dependent, easily configurable, transparent and well-scalable permission management system. Read, create, update, delete, execute, export, import, etc. permissions are configurable for data-sources, functions, reports.
  12. Customization. User level and unique settings. (E.g.: photo uploading possibility, 2-factor authentication option.)
  13. Data migration, IO. Microsoft Excel and XML support. Data can be easily exported into Microsoft Excel and XML formats and imported from XML format - in case of appropriate permissions.
  14. Printing. Microsoft Word and Pdf support. Sales quote, sales order confirmation and sales shipment documents can be printed from the system in Microsoft Word and Pdf formats and in different languages. The document templates are Microsoft Word documents thus, they can be customized and localized by the end-users too.
  15. Charts, reports, analysis. System has modern, interactive, zoomable and filterable charts. Sales and purchase activity, salesperson, purchaser, customer, vendor, store activities, currency exchange rate chart are available. The software can also be extended with further charts and reports, on basis of individual requirement. Furthermore, the system is also compatible with Microsoft PowerBI report creator program. With its help, end-users can define custom charts and reports by themselves; on graphics user-interface, without programming knowledges.
  16. Integration, data-connection. The system can be easily integrated with invoicing, webshop, CRM and document management systems - thanks to the multi-tier construction and ERP inspired data-structure. The software currently has ready-to-use real-time interfaces with the CfgTracker project management and Microsoft Dynamics NAV invoicing and posting systems.   17. Audit log. The system stores the last modifier id and modification date in every case. Furthermore, system-wide change-tracking and logging functions are also available and configurable.
  18. Security. (Including, but not limited to.)
    The accessibility of program can be restricted to private and internal networks - on basis of requirement.
    The application is based-on the most-modern Microsoft programming technologies, standards and design-patterns, like: Microsoft ASP.NET 6, Onion, SOLID.
    The usage of custom client-side scripts is minimalized in program-code. The most of server-side methods are not script-invokable.
    The program is protected against the code-injection type attacks, like: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
    The program has inbuilt features against resource exhaustion type attacks, like: DoS, client connections, etc.
    The program is protected against Cross-site request forgery, CORS, Clickjacking, etc. type attacks.
    HSTS is configurable.
    The program is protected against automatic (bot-type) authentication attempts.
    User account protection related features, like: password-strength policy, time-lock, auto-lock-out, 2-factor authentication, audit-log, etc. are available.
    Sensitive information (passwords, files, etc.) are stored in AES-256 bit CBC encrypted format. Furthermore, TDE real-time database encryption is also applicable for the system's database.
    The business logic of software and the source-codes are protected by obfuscation technology.

Pricing.

The software license is exclusively number of user-dependent. (There are no named user-based or device-based restrictions.) Furthermore, the software can be both hosted from client's local environment (as self-hosted) or from cloud environment too, optionally. It can be used via localhost, intranet or internet too.
