By using the CodeForge Software online portal (codeforgesoftware.com, codeforgesoft.com, codeforgesoftware.eu, codeforgesoftware.hu, codeforgesoftwarekft.hu, cfgtracker.com, cfgtracker.eu, cfgtracker.hu, cfgstore.com, cfgstore.eu, cfgstore.hu) and the contained active web-contents (hereinafter referred to as: Pages), You as User (hereinafter referred to as: User) will automatically accept the Terms of Use of CodeForge Software Kft. (seat: H-1118 Budapest, Muskotály u. 20. II./9.; Company Registration Number: 01-09-325431), as Provider (hereinafter referred to as: Provider). The Terms of Use contains those terms and conditions, which shall be applied during the use of Pages.
Certain contents of Pages require closed registration. Certain functions of Pages are not available for private person Users, inquiring Users and other Users. These services are exclusively available for clients of Provider, licensors of Provider, partners of Provider and representatives of Provider and separated terms of use belong to them.

The CodeForge Software logo and the „CodeForge Software”, "codeforge software", „CodeForgeSoftware”, "codeforgesoftware", "CodeForge Software Kft.", "CodeForge Software Ltd.”, "CodeForgeSoft", "CodeForge Soft", "CfgSoftware", "cfgsoftware", „CfgTracker”, „CfgStore”, „cfgtracker”, „cfgstore” product names; furthermore, the brand names beginning with “CodeForgeSoft” or “codeforgesoft" or “Cfg” or "cfg" on webportal and the slogans: “Professzionális üzleti alkalmazások” or “Professional Business Applications” are trademarks of Provider.
No part of Pages may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, or published or rented or leased or lent or sold or transferred or redistributed, or sublicensed, in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Provider. However, Provider agrees that − for its own, personal use within the scope of free use − the User stores or prints the content or extracts of Pages on a computer. User acknowledges and accepts that Provider does not provide any further rights, licenses or interests other than the indicated limited use license to User. All of the other rights are expressly reserved by Provider.
In case of violation of the Terms of Use, User is obliged to destroy all materials and documentation already downloaded or printed from the Pages.
Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect (consequential) damage caused by searching, browsing or using the Pages, including but not limited to the following reasons:
